Logging in to SupportRetriever

Access your SupportRetriever account using the same method you used to register.

Login Methods

Email and Password Login

1. Navigate to the login page
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click "Log in"

Google OAuth Login

If you registered with Google, use the same method to log in:

1. Click "Continue with Google"
2. Select your Google account
3. You'll be automatically logged in

Password Recovery

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Click "Forgot password?" on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a password reset link
4. Click the link and create a new password

Troubleshooting Login Issues

• Wrong password: Use the "Forgot password?" link to reset it
• Account not found: Make sure you're using the correct email address
• Google login not working: Ensure you're using the same Google account you registered with
