- Click "Saved Replies"

Editing Templates
Steps to Edit
- Find the template you want to edit
- Click the "Edit" button (✏️ icon)
- Update the title, shortcut, or text
- Click "Save Changes"
What You Can Edit
- Title: Change the template name
- Shortcut: Update or remove the shortcut
- Reply Text: Modify the template content

Deleting Templates
Steps to Delete
- Find the template you want to delete
- Click the "Delete" button (🗑️ icon)
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
- Template is permanently removed
Warning: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to delete the template before confirming.
Organizing Templates
By Category
Organize templates mentally by purpose:
- Welcome Messages: Onboarding, introductions
- Acknowledgment: Issue received, request logged
- Instructions: How-to guides, setup steps
- Closing: Thank you, follow-up messages
Naming Conventions
Use consistent naming:
- Start with action: "Acknowledge issue"
