Overview Metrics
The statistics dashboard shows key metrics:
Total Submissions
Number of form submissions received:
- Counts all form submissions
- Includes initial submissions only
- Updates in real-time
Total Messages
Total messages in all conversations:
- Includes customer messages
- Includes your replies
- Shows conversation volume
Open Submissions
Submissions awaiting a response:
- Highlights conversations needing attention
- Shows as alert if greater than 0
- Helps prioritize work
