Viewing Submission Statistics

Track and analyze your form submission data to understand customer engagement.

Accessing Statistics

  1. Go to Settings menu (⚙️ icon)
  2. Click "Statistics"
  3. Or visit /stats directly

Overview Metrics

The statistics dashboard shows key metrics:

Total Submissions

Number of form submissions received:

  • Counts all form submissions
  • Includes initial submissions only
  • Updates in real-time

Total Messages

Total messages in all conversations:

  • Includes customer messages
  • Includes your replies
  • Shows conversation volume

Open Submissions

Submissions awaiting a response:

  • Highlights conversations needing attention
  • Shows as alert if greater than 0
  • Helps prioritize work

View submission and message trends:

  • Chart: Visual representation of activity
  • Time Series: Daily breakdown

  • Incoming: Messages from customers
  • Outgoing: Your replies to customers

Time Period Filters

Filter statistics by time period:

  • 7 Days: Recent week's activity
  • 30 Days: Last month's trends
  • All Time: Complete historical data

Select a period to update all metrics.

Top Contacts

See your most active customers:

  • Contact name and email
  • Message count
  • Last activity timestamp
