Conversation Brief
Understand every conversation in seconds.
When AI Companion is enabled, each conversation gets a short brief: what the customer needs, where things stand, and what you should do next. Open the brief panel in the conversation view to read it without scrolling the whole thread.
What the brief gives you
The brief is a few plain sentences, generated automatically when a customer sends a message. It covers:
- What the customer needs – The main request or issue
- Current status – Where the conversation stands
- What to do next – Recommended next step for you, if any
No markdown, no fluff. Just enough to decide how to respond.
Where to find it
The brief appears in the brief panel in the conversation view, alongside contact details, tags, and submission metadata. Open any conversation and check the brief panel to see the summary. It updates automatically with each new customer message when AI Companion is on.
Same AI, less reading
The brief uses the same AI Companion setup as reply suggestions (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Grok). Once AI Companion is configured and enabled, briefs are generated for every conversation so you can triage and respond faster.
