By default, a small "Powered by SupportRetriever" line appears below your contact form. This helps others discover SupportRetriever while keeping the form clean. Pro subscribers can hide this line for a fully unbranded form.
What Is the "Powered by" Line?
The line appears at the bottom of your form (when not embedded in Shopify) and includes a link to SupportRetriever. It is minimal and does not change how the form works. It is not shown when the form is embedded via the Shopify theme block.
Who Can Hide It?
Hiding the "Powered by" line is a Pro feature. If you are on the Free plan, you will see the option in the form editor but it will be locked with an Upgrade to Pro button. After you subscribe to Pro, you can turn the line off.

How to Hide the "Powered by" Line
- Go to Form in the sidebar (or Form Management at
/admin/form). - Open the Edit tab.
- Expand Advanced: Branding.
- Find Show "Powered by SupportRetriever" line.
- Turn the toggle off so the line is hidden.
- Click Save Changes.
The line will no longer appear on your live form or in non-Shopify embeds. Preview the form in the Preview tab to confirm.
If You Are on the Free Plan
You will see the same setting with the toggle disabled and "Shown" selected. Use Upgrade to Pro to subscribe; after your subscription is active, you can return to this setting and turn the line off.
