Setting Up Your First Contact Form

Create and configure your contact form to start receiving customer messages.

Accessing Form Management

Navigate to form management:

  1. Open the settings menu (⚙️ icon in sidebar)
  2. Click "Form"
  3. Or visit /admin/form directly

Form Editor Overview

The form editor has three tabs:

  • Preview - See how your form looks to customers
  • Edit - Modify form settings and appearance
  • Embed - Get code to add your form to your website

Essential Settings

Title

The main heading displayed at the top of your form.

Description

Optional text that appears below the title to provide context.

Button Text

The text shown on the submit button (e.g., "Send message", "Submit").

Recipient Email

The email address where form submissions will be delivered.

Form submissions will land in this inbox.

Advanced Settings

Click "Advanced" sections to customize:

  • Field Labels & Placeholders - Customize form field text
  • Branding - Colors, logo, and visual identity

Saving Changes

  1. Make your changes in the Edit tab
  2. Click "Save Changes"
  3. Wait for the success confirmation
  4. View your changes in the Preview tab
Tip: Always preview your form after making changes to ensure everything looks correct.
