Email Limits

What Are Limits?

Monthly email allowances:

  • Free Plan: 60 messages per month (typically ~15 conversations)
  • Pro Plan: 1,000 messages per month (typically ~250 conversations)
  • Resets monthly
  • Tracks inbound and outbound

Reaching Your Limit

What Happens

When you reach your limit:

  • Warning at 75%: Caution indicator
  • Warning at 90%: Upgrade prompt
  • At 100%: New form submissions are sent as regular emails (mailto) so customers can still reach you
  • Over Limit: Delivery through SupportRetriever is paused until reset or upgrade

Impact

  • Form submissions open a mailto link so the customer can email you directly
