What Are Limits?
Monthly email allowances:
- Free Plan: 60 messages per month (typically ~15 conversations)
- Pro Plan: 1,000 messages per month (typically ~250 conversations)
- Resets monthly
- Tracks inbound and outbound
Reaching Your Limit
What Happens
When you reach your limit:
- Warning at 75%: Caution indicator
- Warning at 90%: Upgrade prompt
- At 100%: New form submissions are sent as regular emails (mailto) so customers can still reach you
- Over Limit: Delivery through SupportRetriever is paused until reset or upgrade
Impact
- Form submissions open a mailto link so the customer can email you directly
- Sending replies from the dashboard may be limited until the next cycle
- Upgrade to Pro for a higher limit, or wait for the monthly reset
