Completing the Onboarding Flow

The onboarding flow guides you through setting up your first contact form in just a few steps.

Overview

The onboarding process consists of four main steps:

  1. Welcome - Introduction to SupportRetriever
  2. Essentials - Basic form configuration
  3. Brand - Customize appearance
  4. Share - Get your form link

Step 1: Welcome

The welcome screen introduces you to SupportRetriever and outlines what you'll accomplish:

Step 2: Essentials

Configure the basic settings for your form:

Recipient Email

Enter the email address where form submissions will be delivered.

Page Title

The main heading displayed at the top of your contact form.

Description

Optional helper text that appears below the title.

A live preview updates as you type, showing how your form will look.

Step 3: Brand

Customize the visual appearance of your form:

Button Color

Choose from preset colors or use a custom hex color.

Text Color

Select the color for your title and description text.

Background Color

Set the form's background color.

Logo URL

Optionally add your company logo (displayed at the top of the form).

Step 4: Share

Get your form link and embedding options:

Direct URL

Copy the direct link to your form.

HTML Link

Get a complete HTML anchor tag ready to paste.

iFrame Embed

Copy iframe code for inline embedding.

Skipping Onboarding

You can skip the onboarding flow at any time by clicking "Skip, I'll learn it by myself" on the welcome screen. You can always set up your form later from the form management page.
