Add a Contact Form to Your Framer Website

Add a SupportRetriever contact form to your Framer site in minutes using the SupportRetriever Forms plugin. No code required—paste your form URL and insert an embedded form or a contact link.

Why Use SupportRetriever with Framer?

  • No exposed email – Keep your inbox private and cut spam.
  • One shared inbox – All messages in one thread; reply from the dashboard or by email.
  • AI-assisted replies – Use your own API key for draft suggestions (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq).
  • Branded form – Matches your product name and stays professional.

What You Need

  1. A SupportRetriever account (free to start).
  2. Your form URL from SupportRetriever. See Getting your form URL for Framer.

Install the Plugin

  1. In Framer, open the Plugins menu and search for SupportRetriever Forms (or add it from the Framer Marketplace).
  2. Add the plugin to your project.

Add Your Form

  1. Open the SupportRetriever Forms plugin from the Plugins menu.
  2. Paste your Form URL or Form ID into the input. You can copy it from SupportRetriever Form management (Form in the sidebar → copy URL).
  3. Optionally set:
    • Height (e.g. 600 px) and Width (e.g. 100% or a fixed width).
    • source and campaign to track where submissions come from.
  4. Click Insert Embedded Form to add an iframe embed to the canvas, or Insert Link to add a "Contact" link that opens the form.

The embedded form loads your SupportRetriever form directly on the page. The link option opens the form in a new tab—useful for headers or buttons.

With URL Parameters (Metadata)

Add source and campaign (or other params) in the plugin to tag submissions. For example, use source=framer and campaign=homepage so you can see in your inbox which page or campaign the message came from. See Using metadata in form URLs for more.

Troubleshooting

  • Form doesn’t load in the embed – Check that the URL is correct and starts with https://supportretriever.com/form/. Preview or publish the page to test.
  • Can’t find your form URL – See Getting your form URL for Framer.
