Learn where to find and copy your SupportRetriever form URL for use in the SupportRetriever Forms plugin in Framer.
What is the Form URL?
The form URL is the web address of your SupportRetriever contact form. It looks like this:
https://supportretriever.com/form/1a331c84-6491-4602-a001-f505bb957c51
You will paste this URL (or just the Form ID part) into the SupportRetriever Forms plugin in Framer to insert an embedded form or a contact link.
Finding Your Form URL
From the Form Management Page
- Log into your SupportRetriever account.
- Click the Form icon in the left sidebar.
- Your form URL is shown at the top of the page.
- Click Copy next to the URL.
From Settings
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar).
- Scroll to the "Form Information" section.
- Your form URL is listed there—click Copy.
From the Dashboard
After logging in, the main dashboard also shows your form URL at the top. Click to copy.
URL Format
Your form URL has three parts:
https://supportretriever.com/form/1a331c84-6491-4602-a001-f505bb957c51
[domain] [path] [your unique form ID]

supportretriever.com - Path:
/form/ - Form ID: A unique identifier (UUID) for your form
In the Framer plugin you can paste either the full URL or just the Form ID (the UUID part).
Using the URL in the Framer Plugin
- Copy your form URL (or Form ID) from SupportRetriever.
- Open your Framer project and the SupportRetriever Forms plugin.
- Paste the URL or ID into Form URL or Form ID.
- Click Insert Embedded Form or Insert Link.
Optional query parameters (e.g. source, campaign) can be set in the plugin’s optional fields; they are appended to the URL and stored with each submission.
